The long and short of it, with Spaghetti!

Every year when the Guinness Book of World Records publishes a new book, there is always a picture of the tallest and shortest human beings in earth. I always giggle when I see the picture. The comparison between the people always seems SO exaggerated, even though I know it really is accurate.

So, today I will measure the Shortest and Tallest people the world has ever seen, with spaghetti of course!

Worlds Shortest Man:
Gul Mohammed (February 15, 1957 – October 1, 1997), according to the Guinness Book of World Records,  was the shortest adult human being to have ever existed! He was roughly only 2 spaghetti (22 inches) tall.

Worlds Shortest Woman:
Pauline Musters (February 26, 1876 - March 1, 1895), according to the Guinness Book of World Records, was the shortest woman ever recorded. At just over 2 spaghetti (23 inches) tall, she looked more like a doll than a woman!

Worlds Tallest Man:
Robert Pershing Wadlow (February 22, 1918 – July 15, 1940), also known has Alton Giant or Giant of Illinois, was nearly 11 spaghetti (8 feet, 11.1 inches) tall!

Worlds Tallest Woman:
Zeng Jinlian (June 26, 1964 – February 13, 1982), was the tallest woman ever recorded in medical history! She was nearly 10 spaghetti (8 feet, 1.75 inches) tall!

***For reference, the average height of a Canadian man is roughly 7 spaghetti (5 feet, 8.5 inches) tall and the average height of a Canadian woman is 6 spaghetti (5 feet, 3 inches) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Average_height - Also, It should be noted that all spaghetti measurements have be rounded to the nearest WHOLE spaghetti******
